Policiez Applauze Eventz & Partiez is proud of its excellent reputation throughout the community and neighboring towns. We attribute our success to the successful partiez hosted by the Divaz of Applauze Eventz & Partiez as well as our fair policies and most importantly, our devotion to the guest of honor. Our policiez are designed to deliver a sensational, memory making party for the guest of honor. We Celebrate HER! and therefore strictly adhere to the following practices in order to make this a special day for everyone involved... - A $75 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking a party.
- All deposits are non-refundable. If you need to postpone your party, you may postpone once. We will gladly work with you to find an alternate party date for your consideration. If you choose to cancel our services for ANY reason, your deposit is forfeited.
- Deposits and balances due may be paid in the form of cash, or check. The remaining balance must be paid in full one week prior to the party.
- A final headcount is required three business days before the date of your party.
- There is a $25 charge for all returned checks.
- The package price is for 8 girlz plus the guest of honor, who is always FREE! There will be an additional charge for each girl beyond the package total of 9 (this includes the guest of honor). Additional charge per girl varies depending on the package, see package details.
- If less than 9 girlz (this includes the guests of honor) attend the party, you will still be charged the regular package price. No exceptions, please.
- If there is room, parents and other adults are always welcome to stay, however, it is not necessary. Siblings need to be supervised by an adult, unless they are one of the guests.
- Our parties are packed with fun and follow a schedule. Guests who arrive late may join the party at whatever point the party has progressed to.
- Gift opening occurs at the end of the party, time permitting. We strictly adhere to the allotted 1 and 1/2 hours for each party. If there is not enough time, unopened gifts will be sent home.
